A03 Definition

Privacy - definition -  Privacy is a fundamental human right. It underpins human dignity and other values such as freedom of association and freedom of speech.
Example -

Confidentality - definition -  The legally required process of keeping secret; the legally and ethically required principle and practice which compels adoption attorneys, social workers, employees of adoption agencies, court personnel and other professionals
Example - If you dont turn up to school because you have an appointment at the doctors, the school can ring up the doctors and find out if you had an appointment but they cant find out what the appintment was about.

Anonymity - definition - The quality or state of being unknown or unacknowledged.
Example -

It is important that research is confidential because     honesty accurate
